Due to the limited size of our venue, we are only able to invite those listed on the invitation. While we would love to include everyone’s plus ones, we hope you understand that this decision is made with care to ensure we can celebrate with all of our loved ones. We love your little ones, but in order to give our wedding the atmosphere we envision, we are having an adults-only celebration. We hope you’ll join us and celebrate this special day with us!

We invite you to dress in formal or semi-formal attire—whatever makes you feel your best! Feel free to choose any colour that you love, as we want everyone to feel comfortable and confident while celebrating with us.

Camping is available to everyone, bring your trailers/tent! No hook ups. Come early to set up! We have the place booked from Friday afternoon to Sunday morning.

Yes! Please let the Bride and Groom know if you are only able to attend the ceremony as soon as possible so we are able to provide exact numbers for the caterer.

Aligned with the rules and restrictions of our venue, a cash bar will open to guests at 5pm and run till midnight. We ask you to please refrain from bringing outside alcohol into the venue. Payment methods accepted: Cash, Debit, Visa, and Mastercard.

As many of you know, our biggest passions is traveling and adventure. Rather than gifts, we’d love to have you consider supporting our unforgettable honeymoon. While we don’t expect anything, if you'd like to contribute to our adventure, we would be so grateful. There will be a box for cards at the reception or e-transfer to daletomma@gmail.com. The greatest gift to us though, is having you here to share this special day! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, and we can't wait to celebrate with all of you!

Our ceremony will begin at 2pm at Harper Mountain just outside the lodge. Feel free to arrive at 1:30pm to have time to find your seat and mingle. Light snacks and non-alcoholic beverages will be served after/ during photos following the ceremony. Bar opens at 5pm. Reception start time to follow.

We are serving carved beef, chorizo stuffed chicken, scalloped potatoes, seasonal vegetables, green beans, wild mushroom cannelloni, Caesar salad, Mediterranean quinoa salad, Caprese salad and rolls. Our hope is that with this menu, there will be something for everyone to meet their dietary needs. Many of these options are gluten free.
